Payment

Payment is arranged at the time of booking and settled at the start of the visit, so that the end of your time together is not about paperwork.

Planning ahead

There is no fee to phone and ask questions, and no obligation to book. Knowing the numbers in advance removes one decision from a day that will already have too many.

Aftercare is priced separately.

General and private cremation, with full pricing by pet size, is set out on the aftercare page.

Talk to the veterinarian

You can call before you are ready to book.

Many families phone simply to ask what happens, what it costs, or whether it is too soon. That call is welcome, and it is free.
